Having only four private clients has been the key to superior individualized attention and care. Because of our small format our administrators, caregivers and associated medical practitioners quickly provide the highest level of home health care services, catering to the immediate needs of each client. As such, administrators and staff have grown Serenity Villa Assisted Living into one of the most reputable senior care homes in the Antelope Valley.

From the moment my sister and I walked into Serenity Villa, we knew that we had found an assisted care facility for our mother that was several cuts above everything else we had seen... clean, bright and uncluttered, yet is also warm and homey. His staff is well-trained, effective and always kind — which is a really big deal. Residents’ needs are at the forefront of everything they do at Serenity Villa.
Frank and the staff also navigate relationships with outside care providers, arrange medical transportation, and effectively communicate with families about the evolving conditions of their loved ones. Costs associated with any further care are always discussed before they occur.
In addition to daily care, Serenity Villa celebrates birthdays and hosts festive holiday parties for residents and families. Did I mention that they also have a friendly dog on the premises who goes from room to room dispensing canine cheer?
Frank and staff display a level of competence that removes a tremendous daily burden from families and inspires the confidence that one has left their loved ones in good hands. The highest praise I can give Serenity Villa is to say that I would live there without hesitation.

Affording Care

An administrator will work with  you in establishing a plan and assist with accessing social benefits. 

The fact is most clients are private-pay.

These methods include;

  • Cash

  • Retirement/ Pension

  • Sales of assets

Other methods an individual must qualify for include;​

  • Long term care insurance policy (LTC)

  • Aid and Attendance (Veteran Benefit)

  • Assisted Living Waiver ( Medi-Cal)

Basic Services Include

Care

All residents in our care regardless of care level receive nutritiously prepared meals and snacks made with fresh vegetables, chicken, fish and beef. They also receive assistance with ADL's; dressing, bathing,personal hygiene. All medications are managed including dispensing, inventory and restocking. We also coordinate healthcare and transportation. Who can forget Brooklyn our full-time live-in hypoallergenic mini Schnauzer? She's always there to love someone.

Boarding

Each resident gets his or her own fully furnished private bedroom. Or you may take the liberty to bring one's own furnishing. It is yours to make your own. No need to clean here, as our team will do that. We'll also wash their linen, clothes, and tidy up. Kitchen pantry, service rooms, laundry rooms, tv, living and dining rooms are kept clean and sanitized. Outside, residents may enjoy the courtyard or the patio covered backyard to enjoy the weather, lunch or entertain company.

Supervision

Continuous care and supervision from a responsive and loving team of caregivers and administrators. We love what we do and it shows as we provide care for only four special residents at a time. This small roster enables us to be responsive in identifying a need and taking appropriate action. Wait time for call buttons is generally under one minute. These qualities matter and our residents and their families will attest to it.
